Community ARC Form

ARC Process- In an effort to standardize our processes, following is the ARC process:

• • Complete the ARC form making sure paint chips, drawings, etc. are attached.

  • Place the ARC form and attachments in the Clubhouse secure mailbox. 

  • ARC forms are reviewed at the next monthly Board meeting which is held on the third Thursday of each month.

  • If review of an ARC form is an emergency, place the form and attachments in the mailbox and notify Coastal or S. Sanford of the need for an immediate review.
